Bagnet
Bagnet is an Ilocano specialty. It is made of large chunks of pork belly or sides, deep fried at least two times (unlike lechon kawali which is only fried once) until crispy. The secret to bagnet is its crispy skin. The crispier it becomes, the harder to resist. Bagnet is basically deep fried, artery clogging heaven paired with your choice of sawsawan (sauce). So make sure to know your limits. :)
